The enchantment system uses a random roll to determine the item's rarity tier. A random number between 1 and 100,000 is generated, and this number is compared to predefined thresholds for each tier. The tiers are checked in order, starting with the most common. If the random number falls within the range for a tier, that tier is applied to the item. Higher tiers like Legendary have smaller thresholds, making them harder to obtain, while Common and Uncommon tiers are more likely.
