Winter is a custom map. Located north west of Desert.
You can access it by entering Thais depot and go down a floor there you will find a teleport.
The Winter is also home to the Ezequiels Solitude Quest.

Winter Wolf, Polar Bear, Frost Troll, Chakoya Toolshaper, Chakoya Windcaller, Ice Witch, Frost Giant, Frost Giantess, Ice Golem, Crystal Spider, Fury and Frost Dragon.
