Demon Helmet used to be very rare before the Demon Legs quest was changed into todays Demon Helmet quest.
It's a bit unclear how it was obtained before this but most likely one time spawn's of it or as a gift from Gods.

On the way to the Quest you will face monsters such as Wolf, Hunter, Wild Warrior, Hero, Demon Skeleton, Priestess, Beholder, Monk, Dragon. The quest only involves Fire Elemental, Demon, Banshee.

The Demon Helmet Quest is a high-level quest in Tibia, designed for a big team of players, each at least level 100. The quest is notorious for its difficulty and is considered a rite of passage for top-level players seeking to earn exclusive rewards.
Requirements
Preparation
You will need a team capable of facing a total of at least 9 demons (5 on the way, 4 in the quest room, and a possible respawn on the way back) and a large number of banshees.
A large team with a good amount of strong blockers and shooters is recommended.
Even if you want to do this quest solo (not recommended).
Note that you will still need two other players, namely to stand on the switches here, which open the Gate of the Lost Souls here.
Walkthrough
Getting There
Start by traveling to Edron, then make you way to the Edron Hero Cave.
On the way there you may face a couple of Wolf, Bear, Hunter, Wild Warrior.

Claiming the Reward
Once Demons are defeated, pull the lever and claim your reward from the chests.
Strategy Tips
- Use area spells and runes to maximize damage.
- Coordinate with your team to distribute healing and attacks evenly.
