Legends[edit]
In the shadowy depths beneath the Crumbling Cathedral, the balance of light and dark has been shattered. Ancient demon overlords, awakened from their slumber, now ravage the realm, leaving destruction in their wake. Legends speak of a forgotten prophecy, one that foretold the rise of these malevolent beings and the only hope lay in the hands of a chosen few.

Dangers[edit]
On the way to the Quest you will face monsters such as Deepling Guard, Deepling Elite and Deepling Tyrant. The quest only involves Toxic Skeleton, Spirited Wraith, Floating Skull, Juggernaut and Demon Overlord.

Overview[edit]
The Exterminator Quest is a high-level quest in Tibia, designed for a big team of players, each at least level 200. The quest is notorious for its difficulty and is considered a rite of passage for top-level players seeking to earn exclusive rewards.
Requirements[edit]
- Minimum level of 200.
- First Rebirth.
- 4 Players
- 5 Brown Pieces of Cloths
- 5 Blue Pieces of Cloths
- 5 Green Pieces of Cloths
- 5 White Pieces of Cloths
- 5 Yellow Pieces of Cloths
- 5 Red Pieces of Cloths
Preparation[edit]
Prepare by bringing alot of supplies and a good team. High-level healing runes and potions are essential.
Walkthrough[edit]
Getting There[edit]
Start by travelling to the Lonely Island, then head to the west part of the island.
There you will find the NPC Otis O'Malley, he can bring you to the Crumbling Cathedral for 10,000 gps.

When you enter the Crumbling Cathedral, on the second floor you will find the NPC Brother Alaric.
He will ask you for 5 of each different pieces of cloth.
Once you have helped Brother Alaric, you will gain access to the lower levels.
In this large trunk you will find Key 369, wich opens all doors on the floor.
Open these two doors with the key, then pull that lever and proceed down the stairs.
Stepping on this tile will spawn 2 Floating Skull, 2 Spirited Wraith and 1 Toxic Skeleton killing them removes the stone blocking the path.
Pulling this lever, removes that wall.
Stepping on this tile will spawn 2 Spirited Wraith and 1 Juggernaut killing them removes the stone blocking the path.
Pulling this lever removes a stone blocking the path, the other 3 levers will spawn monsters.
Stepping on this book will spawn 2 Floating Skull, 2 Toxic Skeleton, 2 Spirited Wraith and 1 Demon Overlord.
Killing them will remove the 2 stones blocking the path.
This is the entrance to the actual quest.
Prepare by equipping items that boost defense against Fire damage and provide strong physical protection. High-level healing runes and potions are essential.
The chamber contains three Demon Overlords that need to be killed for the players to pass. Coordinating attacks and healing is crucial for survival.
Claiming the Reward[edit]
Once all the Demon Overlords are defeated, step into the reward room and claim your reward from the chests.

- Use area spells and runes to maximize damage.
- Coordinate with your team to distribute healing and attacks evenly.
- Be prepared with escape plans in case the battle turns against you.
