Notes:	Too enter his temple you need to be minimum level 200, have 1 rebirth and completed the Lost Temple of the Ancients Quest. He can be spawned using the Skull of Malakar Marrow, Skull of Umbral Blazewing, Skull of Castiel Guardian, Skull of Eldritch Wyrmood, Skull of Turtok Murkscale, Skull of Alistar Oblivion. The skulls needs to be placed, here. The boss removes Magic Walls and Wild Growths nearby. He will start using a new spell each time he loses 25% health.
